How do I sign up?
The first step is to express interest into signing up. If you are already in contact with a Relationship Manager, you can simply forward by email the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Company
If you are not already in contact with a Relationship Manager, you can simply visit the Argos Digital Platform page, fill in the form and submit it.
Upon confirmation of the account creation, the next step is to sign up on SwissID platform, which is used for the authentication.
On the Argos webpage, expand the side menu and select “Platform Access”.
Then, click on “Create an account”.
Fill in the respective form, using the same email as in the first step and submit it.
You will then be in position to log into the Argos Logistic platform by expanding the side menu, selecting “Platform Access” and providing the respective credentials.
SwissID 2FA
SwissID provides two options when it comes to Two Factor Authentication (2FA). The first and recommended option is to use the dedicated SwissID mobile application, available on both Google Play store and Apple Store. The second option is to receive SMS messages on the phone number declared during the SwissID signup, however it is known that SMS delivery can be problematic for certain international destinations. In that case, please get in touch with your Relationship Manager or the Argos Logistic platform administrator.
How do I create new documents?
The choice of document types a user can create is dictated by the account status (Forwarder, Facility Administrator, Inspector, etc.). Regardless of the type, to create a new document, simply log into the Argos platform by expanding the side menu and selecting “Platform Access”.
In the dashboard that will appear after logging in, navigate to the document creation option, select the desired type of document, fill in the respective form and submit.
